1. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A specific advance amount (as mentioned during booking) must be paid to secure your slot.
- Final payment must be cleared before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed schedule.
2. Permits and Documents
- For restricted areas like Andaman (Baratang) or Ladakh (Pangong/Nubra), travelers must provide valid Government ID proofs (Aadhar/Voter Card/Passport) in a timely manner for permit processing.
- Travel7s is not responsible for any delays or rejections of permits by government authorities.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will be eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable flight/hotel bookings).
- No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations (within 7-10 days) or “No Shows.”
- In case of natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions, Travel7s will attempt to reschedule, but refunds will depend on the policies of third-party vendors (Hotels/Airlines).
4. Health and Safety
- For high-altitude tours like Leh-Ladakh, travelers are advised to consult a doctor. Travel7s is not liable for health issues caused by altitude sickness or pre-existing conditions.
- Travelers must follow the safety guidelines provided by our tour leads during the journey.
5. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide a premium experience with our 12 years of expertise, Travel7s is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to person or property caused by delays, accidents, or weather conditions beyond our control.
6. Changes to Itinerary
- Travel7s reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, roadblocks, or safety reasons to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.
